Buvinda house is the new headquarters of Meath County Council, designed to house their 750 staff previously located across 10 different sites.
The project was a retrofit of an existing building with design and renovation works focused around interior fit-out.
Woodfit provided structural joinery in raw cedar combined with custom Birch Ply panelling. The centrepiece of the project, completed by Woodfit is a 10M high “lantern” structure, hung from the ceiling, splaying and twisting to the floor, a highly challenging accomplishment for our skilled craftsmen.
